Terms of Service

By accessing or using Networkdone (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Networkdone (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Networkdone is an interactive online learning platform for network engineers. The Service includes video lessons, CLI lab simulations, scenario-based training, gamified progress tracking, certificates of completion, and community features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete registration information; (b) promptly update your information to keep it accurate; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

Networkdone offers the following paid subscription plans in addition to the Free tier:

• Pro — $9/month or $7/month billed annually ($84/year)
• Team — $25/person/month or $20/person/month billed annually

All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

A Free tier is available with limited access to content and features as described on our Pricing page. The Free tier is provided “as-is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Subsequent charges and annual plan payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All content on the Service — including course materials, lab configurations, videos, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Networkdone or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or sell any content from the Service.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform content or lab engines
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Circumvent any access controls or content restrictions

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

The CLI lab environment simulates networking devices for educational purposes. Lab environments may differ from real-world hardware. We make no guarantee of employment or certification outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETWORKDONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
